I recently purchased a 65-inch smart TV from this company after reading positive reviews and comments. However, upon receiving the TV on October 22, 2025, I was disappointed to find that it lacked physical menu and volume keys, which I believe are essential features for every TV. Apart from the power button, there are no other physical operating systems on the TV. After installing the TV, I noticed that the screen started shaking with lines and double images appearing after about two weeks. I contacted the supplier, hoping for a solution, but it's been over three days and I've been kept on hold while they contact the technician. Based on my experience, I believe the TV quality does not meet international market standards. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as the quality is subpar.
